Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only sell shoes that are Made in Italy?
No. Most of our stock is Made in Italy, but we also have shoes that are designed in Italy and made abroad, and non-Made in Italy as well.
Do I have to visit Italy to buy your shoes?
Although we suggest to first time buyers to come and see our products in person, you can also order on-line. We shall send you photos and prices. You can also request samples to be sent to you.
I'd like to place a small trial-order of fifty pairs. Can I do that?
We're sorry, but at the moment we have a minimum order quantity of 500 pairs for first-time buyers.
I don't speak Italian, is that a problem?
No. We shall accompany you through the whole process: organizing your business trip, visiting the wholesalers, negotiating prices, dealing with freight companies (if you require), and assist you in anby follow-up inquiries you might have in English.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
For Direct Purchase (if you were to visit Italy in person): Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Cash. For On-line Orders: Bank Transfer, L/C, Credit Card.
I'd rather travel to the North/Central/South of Italy. Do you have any wholesalers in that area?
Yes. Our network covers the whole of Italy, from North to South, so if you have specific destination preferences, don't worry.
Do you provide freight services?
Most of our shoe wholesalers (we say most, because of the large number of our suppliers) are located close to freight and shipping facilities. This allows us, if you require, to also provide transport cost estimates.
I am new to the business. How does the shoe selection process actually work?
Our warehouses are filled with shoes, many thousands of them. We shall accompany you around, and answer all your questions regarding quality, price, availability etc. After that, you just pick the shoes you'd like to order, and indicate the quantity per style. Usually it goes "in sixes", so of each style you'll generally be able to buy 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 etc. pairs.
