In your first inquiry, please clearly state:

• An order quantity estimate¹
• Shoe type (men's, woman's, designer etc.)
• Spring-Summer or Autumn-Winter
• Whether you'd like to visit our Wholesale Network, or order on-line
• Whether you require fright suggestions

¹Minimum order quantity is now 500 pairs.

After having received your request, we'll be happy to contact you with photos, price estimates, and general info for you to consider.

If you are satisfied with the products we can supply, we shall then select one or more suppliers for you to visit, based on your requirements. You can either visit our warehouses directly, or order on-line.

Direct Purchase

We always warmly suggest that, on your first order, you visit our wholesalers directly. This is because you will have the chance to better evaluate the quality and style of the shoes, set the ground for a business relationship with our suppliers, and it will also favour price negotiation.

We can help you plan your business trip: flights, hotels, transport. We shall accompany you personally during your visit, and provide Italian to English translation service.

Once you have selected your shoes, they will be collated and prepared for freight. Depending on the size of your order, and the specific supplier you will be dealing with, this can take from one to five days. Usually all shoes are ready within the dayof your order.

Please bear in mind that most of our wholesalers are strategically located near freight facilities and Italian Customs Offices. This will greatly speed the shipping process .

We will keep you informed and follow-up your order at all times. You will be able to contact us and inquire as to the state of your shipment at any time.

Payment Methods: accepted payment methods are: Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Cash. Depending on the supplier, we might request a downpayment after you have placed the order, with balance to be payed once the shoes are collated and ready to be freighted.

On-line Purchase

If you wish to order on-line, please send us an inquiry. As with Direct Purchase, we shall then send you all the necessary info (photos, price, etc.). You may also request samples. Once we have fixed a price, we shall procede with freight organiziation. As mentioned above, most of ou shoe wholesales are located nearby freight facilities and Italian Customs facilitating the whole process.
